We are looking for fresh voices who are well-versed in their respective art and/or literary community and are interested in sharing their thoughts, opinions, and ideas. We're accepting both long- and short-term position applications. If you have a fantastic idea for a one time piece or an idea for a series, we want to hear from you.

Music Correspondents, Summer/Fall 2022
Music Correspondents work directly with the Editor-in-Chief and the Social Media Manager to seek out and secure interviews with bands and musicians, write album and song reviews, and brainstorm new ideas for The Beat.
Book Correspondents, Summer/Fall 2022
Book Correspondents work directly with the Editor-in-Chief and the Social Media Manager to seek out and secure interviews with authors, write book reviews, and brainstorm new ideas.
Interview Correspondents, Summer/Fall 2022
Interview Correspondents work with both the Editor-in-Chief, Social Media Manager, and Music/Book/Film Correspondents to help formulate interview questions, conduct interviews, and edit and prepare interviews for publication.
Travel Correspondents, Summer/Fall 2022
Where have you been? We want to publish your best travel writing on the blog. Tell us about little bookstores and art galleries you've visited. Give us a taste of the country, the city, or the state.
